Visiting Strasbourg

Use the advice provided by the tourist office to help you prepare for your visit.

Need a hotel or restaurant?

Are you planning to stay in Strasbourg during the Christmas market? The Tourist Office will help you find a restaurant, an activity, a guided tour and plan your visits...

Prepare your stay

Are you looking for accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

If you have a disability, whether it is auditory, mental, motor, or visual, it is essential for you to know the access conditions to buildings and the services offered by the establishment that may host you.

Here, you will find a list of tourism professionals in Alsace, labeled "Tourism and Handicap," who are committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility to leisure and vacations for all.

Did you know?

The "Tourism & Handicap" label has defined accessibility and reception criteria to ensure tourism for all with the greatest possible autonomy. It takes into account, in particular, easy access to buildings and the services of the establishment. It is also attentive to the personalized welcome given to tourists in terms of attention and kindness.

An establishment labeled with this mark, meeting these criteria, is subject to regular checks by trained and specialized evaluators. "Tourism & Handicap" (T&H) is the only state label awarded to tourism professionals who are committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility to leisure and vacations for all.
