This processing is carried out either by sending an immediate reply or by forwarding your request to the relevant department within the local authority. The data collected as part of this processing consists solely of “identification data”. The recipients of the data are the Departments and/or services of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg concerned by the request. Your data is stored in our form creation tool and will be deleted within three months following the processing of your request. The data is also kept in our internal messaging system for the entire duration of the processing of your request and is deleted immediately after a response has been sent to you.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties (the French Data Protection Act), as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing and port your data.
