This processing is carried out either by sending an immediate reply or by forwarding your request to the relevant department within the local authority. The data collected as part of this processing consists solely of “identification data”. The recipients of the data are the Departments and/or services of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg concerned by the request. Your data is stored in our form creation tool and will be deleted within three months following the processing of your request. The data is also kept in our internal messaging system for the entire duration of the processing of your request and is deleted immediately after a response has been sent to you.
