Are you looking for accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

If you have a disability, whether auditory, mental, motor or visual, you need to know the conditions of access to buildings and the services offered by the establishment that may accommodate you.

Find the list of tourism professionals in Alsace, certified by Tourisme et Handicap, who are committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility to leisure and holidays for all.

Did you know ?

The Tourisme & Handicap label has defined accessibility and hospitality criteria to ensure that everyone can enjoy tourism with the greatest possible independence. In particular, it takes into account easy access to buildings and services provided by the establishment. It also pays attention to the personalised welcome given to tourists in terms of care and kindness.

An establishment that has been awarded the label, and therefore meets these criteria, is subject to regular checks by trained and specialised assessors. Tourisme & Handicap (T&H) is the only state label awarded to tourism professionals who are committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility to leisure and holidays for all.

Simplified map of Christmas markets

For the first time, a Christmas market map has been specially designed for people with disabilities.
The result of a joint effort with local associations, it offers a recommended route that makes it easy to discover the markets and their atmosphere with complete peace of mind.

On the back of the map, general information and events are presented in FALC (easy to read and understand) for clear reading and adaptation to these audiences.

This initiative reflects the desire to make Strasbourg, the Christmas capital, accessible to all, so that everyone can fully enjoy the magic of the festive season.
