Set off on a treasure hunt in Santa Claus' footsteps
Looking for a fun way to discover the traditions of Christmas? "Il était une fois la ville" offers you the chance to set off in Santa Claus' footsteps, following a treasure hunt through the streets of Strasbourg. A great family activity to learn and have fun at the same time! So who wants to play?
Family fun in Petite France
No family member is left out in the "In Santa Claus' footsteps" treasure hunt for all ages! There are three different versions available: 3/6 years, 6/12 years, and adults. Everyone can have fun and learn things at their level.
The treasure hunt begins near St Thomas' Church with a few explanations about how it works. Each team receives a booklet with the route to follow and questions to answer, along with a sheet to write down the answers. Then you're off!
At the heart of Petite France
The route will take you through the streets of the famous Petite France neighborhood and allow you to learn more about Christmas traditions and customs: legends, sweet treats, Christmas figures, the origins of the holiday and the Christmas tree, etc. You're sure to have learned a lot by the time it's over!
On your return, all that remains is to correct the answers over a delicious slice of gingerbread handed out to the brave participants.
From November 23 to December 20, on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 a.m. (lasts 1 hour 30 min). Booking is required, €5 per person.
