Exploring Strasbourg at Christmas on a little electric train
Published on 21 December 2023The tourist train will be running a Christmas tour from the Grande Île to the Neustadt district from 25 November 2023 to 7 January 2024.
This is a small 100% electric train with a capacity of 60 seats, with commentary in 18 languages. It runs from 10.30am to 5pm (last departure) with a rotation around every 30 minutes.
The tickets are on sale at the departure point in Place du Château, on the right-hand side of the Cathedral. Reservations required for groups of 15 or more.
Prices :
- Adults (aged 15 and over): €8,
- Children (aged 6 to 14): €6,
- Children under 6: free.
It's a chance for everyone to explore Strasbourg at the end of the year, with its iconic landmarks such as the Place de la Cathédrale and the Place de la République, and to admire the unique decorations and magical atmosphere of the Christmas capital.
