Activities and Meetings at the Village of Sharing

As every year, the City of Strasbourg supports associations by welcoming them at the foot of the Grand Christmas Tree.

This tradition provides a moment of sharing, listening, and also discovery of associations in order to maintain the spirit of solidarity during this festive season.

The Sharing Village also features unmissable events such as the Volunteering Day:

• December 5th starting at 5:00 PM,
• the Solidarity Mannele on December 6th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM,
• or a moment of sharing and solidarity on December 21st from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Place Jean-Hans Arp.

You can also meet the various associations present.

The Starry Soup

The HUMANIS Solidarity Association Collective invites you to discover the 12th edition of the Starry Soup at Place Kléber in Strasbourg and at various sales points across Alsace. The 2024 edition marks the return of 4 Michelin-starred chefs from Alsace.

During this 12th edition, 4 recipes are offered:

• Forest Cream Soup with Riesling and Spiced Croutons, by Alexis Albrecht, restaurant "Au Vieux Couvent" in Rhinau. You can meet the chef on Tuesday, December 3rd at 6:30 PM.
• Parsnip, Coconut, and Lemongrass Cream Soup, by Julien Binz, restaurant "Julien Binz" in Ammerschwihr. You can meet the chef on Tuesday, December 10th at 12:00 PM.
• Earth Soup with Aromatic Herbs, by Paul Stradner, restaurant "Villa René Lalique" in Wingen-sur-Moder. You can meet the chef on Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 PM.
• Butternut Squash Soup with Parmesan, by Pascal Bastian, restaurant "Le Cheval Blanc" in Lembach.

Purchasing these soups helps sustain the integration activities of HUMANIS and supports the projects of the solidarity associations within the collective.
