The Starry Soup Celebrates Its 11th Edition

Savor a starry soup at the foot of the Grand Christmas Tree!

The Collective of solidarity associations, HUMANIS, invites you to discover the 11th edition of the Starry Soup on Place Kléber in Strasbourg and at various points of sale in Alsace.

The 2023 edition sees the return of three chefs who have previously participated in the event and the commitment of Chef David DEGOURSY from the DE:JA restaurant, newly starred since 2023.

In this 11th edition, four recipes are offered:

• Forest undergrowth velouté with Riesling and spiced croutons by Alexis ALBRECHT, from the 'Au Vieux Couvent' restaurant in Rhinau.
• Split pea velouté with cocoa butter by David DEGOURSY, from the 'DE:JA' restaurant in Strasbourg.
• Carrot velouté with red curry and coconut milk by Romain CREUTZMEYER, from the 'Le Colbert' restaurant in Strasbourg.
• Pumpkin velouté with parmesan by Pascal BASTIAN, from the 'Auberge du Cheval Blanc' restaurant in Lembach."
