To ensure that all audiences can fully enjoy the Strasbourg Capital of Christmas experience, specific tours are organized for people with disabilities. These tours will be conducted by an accredited tour guide.

When?

These tours will take place every Monday afternoon from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, starting from November 27.

Where?

Departure point is in front of the Aubette (to take shelter in the hall if needed and close proximity to accessible equipment if necessary). The proposed route includes a visit to Place Kléber, Place Broglie, the market around the cathedral, and Place Saint Thomas.

How to Reserve a Visit?

Reservations should be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the visit via the generic email address noël: Evenements-CapitaleDeNoel@strasbourg.eu. Please provide your name, first name, and information about the specific disability (along with an attestation).

Walkers and wheelchairs will also be available to the public. These are not reservable but can be directly "rented" at the information chalet on Place Kléber, between 11:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

Dedicated parking spaces are also available around the Grande-Île of Strasbourg.
