The Advent Village
After enjoying the delicacies offered by the Irréductibles Petits Producteurs d'Alsace, come and recharge your batteries and prepare for the festive season with friends or family at the Advent Village.
- Christmas for everyone
In the spirit of the festive preparations leading up to Christmas, this joyful village offers countless opportunities for sharing and togetherness. Set in a magical, timeless setting, it’s a favourite place for children and families, with its many lively activities.
Visitors of all ages can take part in creative and fun workshops to make Advent wreaths, Christmas decorations, or greeting cards, before being swept away by enchanted tales and seasonal concerts performed by local artists, guest musicians, and students from Strasbourg’s music schools.
The most curious and crafty visitors can build a miniature Christmas chalet together as a family, following a plan, while others can add their own personal touch to the village décor by decorating fir trees with small wooden wreaths to personalize on site.
During the school term, Strasbourg’s schoolchildren are welcomed to the Village of Advent to attend performances and take part in creative workshops.
