Lights and Magic
The city's grand theatre

In Strasbourg, Christmas is seen through the gaze of the lights. As night falls, the city transforms into a true open-air theatre: bridges, squares, and façades light up, revealing the beauty of Strasbourg, Capital of Christmas, and its exceptional heritage.
A luminous trail connects the Cathedral, Petite France, and Neustadt, where each district is adorned with colors and decorations that highlight the city's history and architecture. Magic happens at every step, between twinkling lights, reflections on the Ill, and poetic installations, offering moments of wandering and wonder.
Strasbourg combines enchantment and simplicity, using low-energy LEDs to reduce environmental impact, proving that magic can go hand in hand with responsibility. Visitors thus enjoy a unique visual experience, where heritage, light, and imagination come together to create a fairy-tale and memorable atmosphere.
A walk through Strasbourg by night becomes a luminous journey, where every corner, every bridge, and every façade tells a story and invites visitors to fully marvel at Strasbourg, Capital of Christmas, in all its splendor.
