Visiting Strasbourg’s Christmas Markets in a motor home
You can visit Strasbourg and the Christmas Markets in a motor home. Below you’ll find detailed information about daytime and overnight parking facilities in the city
Motor Home Parking Facilities in Strasbourg
There are no specific parking rules and regulations for motor homes in the city. You can park in any normal car parking space, provided that your vehicle does not obstruct other users and you pay the relevant parking fee.
Please note that during the Christmas market opening hours, access to the Grande Île is strictly regulated and parking is prohibited.
You can park your motor home in any of the city’s car parks (other than those with height restrictions). There are no reserved spaces. During the daytime, the "Elsau" Park & Ride facility is the best place to park. It costs from 6,10 euros (18,60 euros for those over 3 meters high) for a daily parking space between 4:30 am (5:30 am on Sundays and holidays) and 0:30 am (except on May 1st). This rate gives the right to a round trip on the CTS tram-bus network for all the occupants of the motor home within the limit of 7 people including drivers. For more information, visit the CTS website.
How to get there: Rue Eugène DELACROIX 67000 STRASBOURG. Follow signs for “Elsau” then “P+R Elsau”
