Coming by motorhome

In Strasbourg, there are no parking regulations specifically for motorhomes. You can park in the parking spaces provided for light vehicles, as long as you do not impede the flow of traffic and pay the parking fee.

Parking is permitted in all parking lots (with the exception of those with height restrictions), and there are no designated spaces for RVs. During the day, we recommend parking at the "Elsau" tram park-and-ride lot.

Please note: a penalty will be charged if you park past 12:30 a.m.

This fare entitles all occupants of the motorhome—up to 7 people, including the driver—to a round-trip ride on the CTS tram and bus network.

Access:

Rue Eugène DELACROIX 67000 STRASBOURG. Follow signs for "ELSAU" then "P+R ELSAU"
GPS: (North) 48.56755° - (East) 7.73057°

This year, you can park your motorhome or campervan from November 26 to January 5 at the following temporary parking lot:

  • At the Coubertin public parking lot, located in the European Quarter. You can get to the Christmas Market by taking Tram E from the European Parliament stop and getting off at the République stop; the Christmas Markets will be just a few minutes’ walk away.
