Health pass check: your personal data protection
The City of Strasbourg processes your personal data (first name, last name, date of birth, whether the health pass is valid or not) in accordance with the health measures decided by the Bas-Rhin prefectural authority in order to check the validity of your health pass.
The objective of this plan is to limit the risks of epidemic spread and minimize the possibility of contamination in situations at risk.
Only people authorized by the City of Strasbourg can carry out this check and access the data only for the time of the check.
Personal data is not kept beyond the control, the app does not provide for any storage beyond the scan of the proof.
To exercise your data protection rights, or for any information about this plan, you can contact the Data Protection Office of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg at 1 parc de l'Étoile 67076 Strasbourg Cedex OR by email: dpo@strasbourg.eu.
In the case where your pass has been checked through the TAC Verif app, you can exercise your data protection rights by contacting the Directorate of Health by email: tacverif-rgpd@sante.gouv.fr or by writing to: Référent RGPD TAC Verif – Direction générale de la santé – 14, avenue Duquesne – 75350 PARIS 07 SP.
If you do not receive a reply or if you are not satisfied with how your data is processed, you can send a claim or complaint to the CNIL, either on the website of the CNIL, or by sending a letter to: CNIL – 3, place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
